Overdue update
I have not been well for a while now. I have been utterly exhausted for the past couple of months. My pain level has increased to the point that I worried that I may have bone cancer. Every bone in my body hurt, My neck, back and knees always hurt but all my bones. I had gone to the doctor and she had ordered blood work up for me. Well I got a call from her a couple of weeks ago that I have to take vitamin d 50,000 u a week. I went into she her yesterday to get my pain meds refilled. I found out what my vitamin was a 18 normal is 50 to 100. She said I will most likely be on vitamin d the rest of my life. I hate milk and won't drink it. Will try and eat more cheese and such to help out. I don't go outside in the summer for very long because I am extremely sensitive to the heat, it makes me very sick. I live in climate that is hot and humid in the summer so going outside isn't an option. Some day I will live in Maine and will be able to venture outside in the summer months. I am waiting for me to feel normal again. She said that it will take a couple of months for my vitamin d level to get where it is suppose to be.
I find that I am becoming more and more reclusive. I can't help myself;) I find myself longing to go away to a very secluded place and be alone. Except I want my family with me too lol. I am so very complicated. At times I prefer to be totally alone. That's why I do so well with my husband having to be gone for so long at times. It's funny when he is deployed or off training. I stay totally alone and after a while I don't really have to much human contact, that's why my dogs know how to play hide and seek which they are very good at by the way. I have to laugh at my self. When my husband is deployed I worry a lot but do fine alone. Then I am also afraid to leave the house in case he messages or call me. If I miss a call or message I get so upset about it.
I am hoping to get the tree up tomorrow and decorate for the holiday season. I love this time of year. I hope we have lots of snow this year. I love winter and snow. It's so beautiful.
I am half way through the book Lovely Bones It's good but so sad. I have a bunch of books that I want to read this winter.
I made some really good therapeutic bath salt. It's just like Burt's bees bath salt. I need to make some soap but haven't been up to it. I hope to make some soon.
Well I think I will go play on facebook for a while.

Blah blah blah
I finally went and had by blood work done this morning. I had to fast,, no coffee which is pure torture to me. I can't function until I have a couple cups of coffee. I get down to the hospital it was so busy. If you ever went to an Army hospital you know that soldiers in uniform are seen first, they have to get back to work asap. So the retired or dependants wait. After 45 minutes I am called up to the reception desk, I had her my Id card and she says your here for the lab tests that were ordered in September. Yes I tell her, I kept forgetting about them. Then I wait another 20 minutes to be called back. I go and tell the lab tech my veins break and roll. She wanted to take the blood from my right arm but had a hard time finding a good vain. I told her the left arm has a better vein. I had check it before I went in. She got it on the first stick:) When I took my IV class we had to stick each other in class. OMG it sucked my partner was digging in my arm for a vain until the teacher finally said forget it her veins are too hard to get.
It was perfect time for me to go and get my blood work done this morning. Jeff had to help out with PT tests so he wouldn't be home for breakfast. He called me a couple of times to wake me and remind me not to drink my coffee lol. I had made me a cup to take with me for after I was done with the lab.
I really need to groom Inga, she is getting shaggy. I need a grooming table it kills me to groom her on the floor. I usually only rough her in good. She hates the sound of the clippers so I have to hold her and groom at the same time which is a bitch. I get upset I had a grooming table and all the other equipment when I had my pet grooming shop, but he sold them all. At least I have my clippers, blades ect that I had bought when I started dog grooming school. My clippers still working they are 23 years old. I need a new pair and a damn grooming table. I keep forgetting to buy one until its time to clip Inga. My neighbor wants me to get the big one so she can borrow it to do her giant schnauzer. Which is a good idea I might need it later any how. If I get a Bouvier Des Flandres which I have wanted to get. I have list of dog breeds I would love to have. I have had many different breeds of dogs. I love any terrier breed. And love big dogs, I love great danes but I can't handle the short life span. I had one he was awesome. I love husky's I had one named Bubba. I found him in shelter. he had saved my life one time. He broke his chain to come and save me. I had a border collie named Daisy, she also saved my ass from being trampled to death. We had to tag, weigh, tattoo all new born Saler calves. If you have ever been around Salers cows they are tall and mean. Well this one mama was pissed we wanted to touch her calf and charged Daisy took her on and gave me a few seconds time to get up over the fence. Daisy wasn't suppose to be in the Field us when we were dealing with cows with newborn calves, but she showed up at the right time. We learned that day that with salers you grab the calf and put it in the back of the truck and do the work so the mama cow couldn't get to you.
I love dogs more than I do another pets, they are so loyal. I love animals and have had many different kinds of pets. I would like to get another ferret. I had one name Tigger he was so sweet. He lived till his was 10, then his heart gave out. I had just came home and Amy was holding him saying Tiggers dying, Liza and Amy were crying I looked at his gums and they were blue, within a minute he was gone. It was heartbreaking.
I have been trying to come up with an idea to make something cool for all Liza's ribbons from the state and county fair. With the pictures of her showing her cows. and other livestock. I was thinking about a display box or maybe a quilt with the ribbons and pictures on it. I miss those days and would like to have something to remind me of that time in my life. I was the 4h leader, I loved it. I would have so much fun with the kids. I would camp out at the county and state fair with the kids. So we could watch over the livestock the kids were showing. And with the dairy cows they had to be milked 3 times a day. So it was easier to stay there. plus didn't like leaving them alone there. We would camp out in the lives stock barn. they had bathrooms with showers so it was easy. I had fun.
I better get some things done around here, Jeff will be home for lunch soon.

Namaste Yoga
My day starts when my dear husband calls to tell me he is on his way home from PT. I fix his breakfast, drink my coffee while watching the news, check email. Feed the pets. After husband goes back in to work. I do yoga, I have a set of DVDs of Namaste yoga. I love it, It's so relaxing. I encourage everyone to check it out. I have to modify it a little. My right knee had a surgery that left me with lump on knee with screws going through the tibia just under the knee cap. So I can't kneel directly on it.
I have to fix Jeff's lunch, he just called that he is on his way home to eat. He is extremely spoiled.

I received an my space friend request today, I went to check it out and seen they had sent a message. It was Lona, I had gone to high school with we had lost touch and after all these years she finds me. I have been found by a couple of my dearest friends through classmates. And I had a message on there this last week so I went to classmates but I have to buy a gold membership to see it. My husband had such a hard time canceling classmates. I didn't want to join for a few months then they keep charging me. I put in my info that I spend lots of time on my space, flickr, face book that was if someone is looking to find me they can do so with out paying.
There is a few close friends I would love to hear from. Well Lona are now in touch and we talked on the phone for a bit tonight. It was good to catch up. I am glad I went and put that info in so she could find me!!!!
I spending way too much time on facebook I am trying to build my guild on Might of Many. I need 500 guild members and I have 306 so far. My lj is being neglected and as well as my other three blogs. And I suck bout keeping up with myspace. I am going to try and be better about keeping up.
I have to remember to go in this week and get my blood work done. I keep forgetting to do it. I have make an appointment to get my meds soon. If I haven't done the blood work by then I think I might get a lecture or something. They want a fasting blood work what a pain in the ass. I think they open at 7am, but Jeff comes home from PT to eat breakfest about 7:30 he would die if I wasn't here to fix it;) And I can't go that long with out coffee. So I want to be there as soon as they open with a cup of waiting for me as soon as I am done. I can't function with out my coffee.
Off to go check my facebook games.

This is my new laptop. It's a Sony VAIO, my old one died:( I love the new one. My husband has an Alien ware laptop which is really nice but very expensive. I like my sony vaio, my old one was a sony vaio too. I am getting use to Vista it has features I really like. The only thing is that some games don't patch well with vista. I have been trying to get Neverwinter nights to work but it will not except the patch:(
So many things have happened since the last time I posted. My Mom and step dad came out for a visit this last weekend. I really enjoyed them. Harvey and Jeff played golf. Mama and I just hung out and visited except for one day we went shopping.
My daughter Liza has been told by her doctor that she has Fibromyalgia and he is sure she has RA. And one of her disc's in her back is damaged but its an old injury. We can't figure out how.
My daughter Jessica is doing great. She is going to school to be a paralegal. She is such a trooper. Jess is disabled and is in a wheel chair. So everything is a bit harder for her than the rest of us.
Amy who is like my own child, She lived with me off and on for years. I love her as if she was my own flesh and blood child. She is going into the Army, like her uncle Jeff.
Autumn is my favorite seasons, I am enjoying the cooler weather. I also love winter I can't wait until the ground is covered with snow. I am hoping we have lots of snow.
I want to move to Maine someday. I love the cooler climates. I hate summer, the heat makes me sick. I can't do anything outside in the summer here because the heat bothers me. I could never live where there wasn't four season.
I am starting on some Christmas projects. It's going to be a handmade Christmas this year. Money is tight this year. The economy isn't so good. We have spent quite a bit of money on the house, we have a new roof, gutters and painted the exterior of the house, the screens in the windows needed replaced.
I have to plant some blue spruce trees today. They are my free trees from the arbor day foundation. It will remind me of home (Colorado).
I have tons of things to get done today so I should get to it. First I have to post the november fat quarter swap partners. I have the list already made up. Just need to post them and send out the emails.
