Christmas Dinners

I'm trying to figure out what I want to cook for Christmas eve dinner and Christmas day. Most likely ham will be on the menu. I haven't cooked a roast duck in quite a few years. I have a yummy recipe for it. I want to have a really nice menu for both days. I was thinking maybe prime rib. I will be thinking and planning the Christmas Menu in the next couple of days. I want to get to the commissary by the weekend before they sale out of everything I need. I will try and come up with an menu by Friday so I can get to the commissary before everyone goes. Being an Army wife I have learned on payday right before a holiday is bitch at the commissary.
